Q. Do you take insurance?
A.

All insurance companies that have vision plans will reimburse your purchase at Eyediologie provided they do reimbursements out of network. We will provide you with an itemized invoice which you can submit electronically to your insurer.

You are generally reimbursed the total amount purchased but we cannot vouch for your insurer. The amount reimbursed depends on your vision plan and the insurers’ policy. 

Q. What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Eyediologie account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Flipkart

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders
Q. When can I expect my order?
A.

It depends how long it will take. Below the type of lens and the estimated delivery times:

We use USPS for shipping, both domestic and international. The costs for domestic shipping are $6,95. The costs for international shipping are $11,95. If you have an order above the $250 dollar, shipping will be free
